Superfly

Koko: I've been sick all day, and because I don't have the energy to read, the attention span to watch anything, or the Johnsonian angst to stare unblinkingly into space and hate myself for it, I've been scavenging through old boxes in my apartment that haven't seen the light of day since creation. At the bottom of one box, under a stack of old tax forms and assorted naughtiness, I found a half-broken VHS copy of this movie--with a sticky note from a friend attached that, I swear, read, "You gotta earn the funk." Earn was underlined twice.
