Notorious

Every possible mistake and over-indulgence is made by the schlump who made this thing: slow-motion camera; flash-cutting; unnecessary voice-over; screen partitioning; saccharine ending; fast-motion view of the Brooklyn Bridge; gratuitous nudity; no time spent developing the heart of the story i.e. Wallace's discovery and development of his craft; garish color schemes; in-movie explanations of what's more clearly explained without words. How is it possible to have so little trust in material this good?

Koko: Because no dream is too big, Slothrop.
