This is in many ways the classroom equivalent of Taxi to the Dark Side: it says, look at this complicated world we live in and judge for yourself. The characters speak for themselves, or try to. Carl is the man. Justice is flawed. A world in miniature with all its subtleties and complexities and frustrations and minor revelations. And since when did France become New York City?Koko: And since when did posters for French movies advertise in Chinese? And don't write some bullshit about how "the Chinaman is not the issue." What the fuck are you talking about? I'm talking about the other Jeffrey Lebowski, the millionaire.
