Slothrop isn't sure why he's recently taken to math equations to make sense of movies, but here's another one: This movie is about how 3+4 = 9 is more true than 3+4 = 7. Or at least how we wish it were more true. But that's just the thing: in 3 +4 = 7, there is no wishing and that's why math sucks hard chunks.
